BRC: the BRC (British Retail Consortium) global standard is one of the most used operational tool for selecting suppliers of the food supply chain, especially by the large-scale retail trade (GDO). This standard represents the company’s continuous commitment to safety, quality and compliance with the health and hygiene regulations governing the agri-food sector.

IFS ARIYA CAVIAR
IFS: the IFS (International Food Standard) standard is designed to promote the effective selection of suppliers, especially those branded by GDO, on the basis of their ability to provide products that are safe and compliant with legal requirements; moreover, it constitutes a model recognized both in Europe and in the rest of the world. It is one of the food safety standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative whose main purpose is to strengthen and promote food security along the whole supply chain.

BIO ORGANIC EU ARIYA CAVIAR
ORGANIC: this is a product certification of primary environmental value, which guarantees compliance with precise processing methods throughout the supply chain up to the final consumer. It is a certification that guarantees environmental sustainability, product quality and origin of raw materials.
